My Ass Hole Hurt

Don’t be dirty minded. My ass is really hurt at the moment. It has nothing to do with me having sex. It just hurt suddenly. Oh man. Sitting down and lying down feel uncomfortable for me. I don’t really know what to do. For that matter, i just wanted to say that i am not a gay nor am i a bisexsual okay.

Leaving that behind, for the past few weeks i have been having diarrhea. I don’t know why as everything i ate seems normal and nothing of the extra ordinary. So there goes me going to toilet three time a day. In the end, i felt something hurt at my ass hole. And for you information, i can feel something swelling.

So there i go googling about it and searching more information regarding the matter. What i found out is that it is something related to Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Basically it stated that there are no known reasons of why it happen. And there are bacteria on my bowel. I hated the sore and i hated that i am going to travel to another city in the next few days with a painful ass.

Basically, the doctor would only give some medicine to clean the bowel and anti-bacteria as well. Weight are going to be loose and now i haven’t been in toilet for days. Hopefully it is a start for me being healthier again. And i just have to eat something that could clean my bowel.

People says that eating fruits are good. But no as it is a seasonal fruits season, i would likely be more than happy to eat fruits. But are fruits like Rambutan, Durian, Langsat and etc appropriate food to eat.
